I had an airy room with coffee/tea makers, a multi-channel TV, and a study table, really enjoyed it.
Don’t have any issues at all.

I got great value for my money at Four Rooms. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was peaceful and gave me a taste of the local suburbs. The staff, especially Ely, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.

The location is convenient, with easy access by car and free parking available nearby. The host was kind and flexible, offering solutions when there were issues with the room. The bedroom and private bathroom were new, clean, and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.
The breakfast options were basic and lacked fresh products. The shared kitchen had limited space, with only a small table in the bedroom.

Amazing value for money with jaw-dropping cleanliness and mind-blowing facilities. Super location easily accessible by public transport, giving a taste of the local suburbs. The single en-suite room with balcony was just perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful, even accommodating an additional bed for my son. Definitely my top choice for any future trips to Bologna.

The location of this hotel was awesome, not in the center but easily reachable by public transport. It gave me a real feel for the vibrant suburbs of the city. The room was beyond comfortable, with ample space and stylish decor. The coffee-making facilities were on point for my morning pick-me-up. The bed and bathroom were fantastic, and the entire room was spotlessly clean. The icing on the cake was the balcony, perfect for enjoying the summer heat. The view from my room was breathtaking, and the size of the room exceeded my expectations. The kitchenette facilities were a game-changer, allowing me to whip up some tasty meals. The addition of a nearby off-site car park was super convenient. I felt incredibly safe in the building and apartment. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing any concerns I had promptly. And let me tell you about the apartment caretaker - Ely! She was an absolute gem, always ready to assist and genuinely delightful to chat with. She even gave me fantastic recommendations for exploring the city. one of the best B&Bs I've stayed at in a while. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the train station and city center. This makes it easy to explore the city and attend concerts or events nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom. The host is helpful and responsive, providing great service. Guests can enjoy a good cup of coffee and a comfortable bed.
The air conditioning in the rooms does not work well, making it uncomfortable during hot weather.

Cannot find any fault.

The breakfast buffet was a delightful feast - I felt like a food critic on a breakfast safari. The hotel's location was so far away that I had the pleasure of experiencing every bus route in town.
Who needs a wardrobe when you can flaunt your clothes on a shop-style rack? So trendy!

The rooms at Four Rooms were absolutely amazing! Our family stayed in the twin/double room and it was perfect. The flat-screen TV and tea/coffee maker made us feel right at home.
The only downside for us was that the room didn't have a dishwasher. But hey, that's just our personal preference.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
